There is a $45 one-time setup fee. 1 Page Web Site $5/mo. 2-5 Page Web Site $10/mo. 6-10 Page Web Site $15/mo.

Of course, you can opt out from getting this service integrated into your website and choose the following if you need to make updates:

• Have us update your website on a per call basis. This will be charged at the regular hourly rate - currently $35/hr (at 15 min. increments).
  
  Obviously, if you make a lot of updates (more than 10-20 min. a month) you are better off getting the Smart Update technology.
  
  
• You can do the manual updates yourself the long way by downloading the html files, opening them in your text/html editor, making changes to the html code, ftp'ing the files back to the server and hope that everything looks good.
  
  Note: that any re-work that we need to repair when making manual changes to the code will be charged to the client at the normal hourly rate.

We highly recommend the smart update technology for updates as it only updates predefined editiable reqions of your web page so that structural code is not accidently interrupted.
